tbej Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the tbej platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tbej platform and all its services. Only individuals aged 21 or older may use this platform.

1. Introduction & Applicability

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry the meanings set out below:

  • "tbej" / "Platform" — The tbej.lat website and all services operating under it.
  • "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on the tbej platform or is using its services.
  • "Account" — A user's registered profile on the tbej platform.
  • "Services" — Online casino games, sports betting, and all entertainment gaming services provided by tbej.
  • "Bonus" — Additional funds added to a user's account by tbej under specific conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on the tbej platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

tbej reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the services on the tbej platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
  • You must register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person or under a false identity is prohibited.
  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.

2.2 Account Verification

tbej reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents for verification. If verification is not completed, certain restrictions may be placed on the account and withdrawals may be put on hold.

In the event of false or misleading information being provided, tbej reserves the right to close the account and cancel the associated balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are liable for all activities carried out through your account.

  • Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
  • Always sign out after logging in on a public or shared device.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the tbej platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
  • Deposits made via third-party accounts or cash will not be accepted.
  • Deposited funds will be added to your account once successfully verified.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from tbej:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard processing time for withdrawal requests: 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals will not be possible while an active wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.

tbej reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus — total ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit amount).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.
  • The wagering contribution may vary depending on which games are played.
  • Bonus balance and real money balance will be shown separately.
  • If the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may claim a welcome bonus offer only once.
  • tbej reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled pending an account investigation.
  • Specific additional terms may apply to each promotion — these will be stated in the promotion details.
  • Using bonuses through multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner is prohibited.

5. Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the tbej platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and not predetermined.

  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
  • The use of bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized technology is prohibited.
  • Collusion (playing in coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any form of fraudulent activity may result in account termination.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

tbej's sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. General betting rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled or left undecided, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • tbej reserves the right to correct erroneous odds and, where applicable, to void bets.
  • A maximum win limit may apply — check this before placing each bet.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

6. VIP Program & Cashback

6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

tbej's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tier upgrades are based on regular activity and engagement with the platform. Higher VIP tiers come with additional benefits and special offers.

6.2 Cashback Terms

  • Cashback is added to eligible users' accounts at the end of each week.
  • A wagering requirement may apply to cashback funds.
  • tbej reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
  • VIP benefits may be revoked in the event of account irregularities or violations of the Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and the entire balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing bets in a deliberate and systematic manner with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party payment accounts.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Colluding with other users to cheat in casino games.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Completing verification using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Creating or managing an account for a minor (person under 21 years of age).

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability & Severability

9.1 Service Availability

tbej always aims to provide uninterrupted service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. tbej will not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

  • Advance notice will be given where possible for scheduled maintenance.
  • If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be voided.
  • tbej will not be liable for any losses incurred by a user due to internet disconnection.

9.2 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect, excluding that specific part. tbej reserves the right to replace the invalid part with a legally compliant alternative provision if necessary.

10. Account Closure & Restrictions

10.1 Closure Initiated by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. All active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure Initiated by tbej

tbej may close or temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Evidence of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Use of an account by a minor.
  • For security reasons or at the direction of a law enforcement authority.

In cases of proven violations following an investigation, the full account balance may be forfeited.

12.1 Notice of Changes

tbej reserves the right to amend these terms. For significant changes, users will be notified via the platform or at their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
